By placing an order you confirm that you are aged 16 and above.

You have a valid prescription when ordering prescription lenses.

Prescription lenses will be ordered only when the payment for both frames and lenses has been completed.

Our Optical Technician has a discretion to accept or reject an order for prescription lenses depending on suitability of the frame for prescription lenses.

All goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of checkout. We will not be able to make any last minute changes to the delivery address.

The cases sent with all frames may differ from the ones in the pictures depending on what we receive from the brands.

In some countries there may be a VAT or customs charge so we will not be able to offer any refunds of this cost.
