Returns Policy


  • Any customers who are not satisfied please feel free to return them for a refund or exchange.
  • Please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item if you would like to return or exchange.
  • Returns must be in their original condition as you receive them along with accessories like case and cloth.
  • Please ensure the parcel is securely packed with complete proof of postage and tracking when the parcel is returned as we do not take any responsibility for parcels lost in the post.
  • If we receive any damaged items we reserve a right to deduct the cost of the damage.
  • Refunds are not issued on prescription lenses and on bespoke prescription sunglasses.
  • Return shipping cost is to borne by the sender. The return shipping will be refunded only if there is an error on our part.
